Jessica Hernandez: RCIC-IRB Immigration Consultant

Jessica Hernandez is a dedicated Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with hands-on experience in visitor visa, all kinds of work permit, study permit and visitor record cases. She is also proficient in spousal sponsorships, refugee and H&C cases. Jessica has been helping clients get their citizenship by descent under the new rules implemented in December 2025. She has helped scores of clients from the US under this category.

Before becoming an RCIC-IRB, Jessica has hands on experience of interacting with various kinds of visitors and immigrants in her capacity as a CBSA agent. She has also been an immigration coordinator for over a year where she has worked and honed her skills under the guidance of various senior RCICs and lawyers. She has an in-depth knowledge of immigration law, and is highly committed to client service. She is known for her clarity and compassion.

Jessica speaks English and Spanish fluently. He serves clients from all provinces and territories of Canada.

Jessica holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University. she also holds an Bachelor of Science (Honors) from the University of Toronto with a major in Anthropology and a minor in Biology and Forensic Science.
