As a dedicated immigration lawyer registered with the Law Society of Ontario (85733L), Lisana brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach. With 5 years of specialized experience, she focuses on asylum, H&C, refugee claims, Pre-Removal Risk Assessments (PRRA), and representation at Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) hearings.
We charge around $3500 + HST to run the entire process for you. This includes the application, work permit, and IRB hearing. If you have already submitted your application and are looking for support for hearing, the cost will be lower

FAQs regarding an asylum application
How long does the application take?
We can submit the initial application relatively quickly. Generally, within a month of a client signing up with us. The work permit is received between 1 to 4 weeks of the application submission. The IRB hearing date may be given for 12 months later or more.
Do I need to take any language test?
No. There is no language test requirement to apply for asylum
What is the cost of the application?
We charge our professional fee in the range of $2900 to $3500 + HST. There is no government fee.
What are the documents required for the application?
